Looking to throw a small fund raising tournament

Hey Guys,
I was wondering if I could get a little info on the best way to setup and fairly informal horseshoe tournament in GG park and if you all have anything planned for those pits on Sunday, 7th of November. Or if there is someone to contact to reserve them.

Also was wondering if there is a pile of horseshoes I could possibly borrow or rent for that sunday.

Thanks a lot for any info and your tournament photos look like a lot of fun was had.

Thanks,
Jake

Jake, send me an email directly at peter@sfhorseshoepitching.com with your contact info and I'll help you out. As far as I know there is nothing planned for the courts 11/7/10. Contact SFRPD to reserve the courts. You can say you've contacted me and the SFHPC. How to reserve: Call (415) 831-5500 or walk in to Pioneer Log Cabin during office hours. Dana.Ketcham@sfgov.org
Fee: Family, Schools and Non-Profits - 1 to 50 people - $27; Corporate - 1 to 200 people - $216.
i think they might charge a refundable security deposit too.
Yes, I have a lot of horseshoes I let out for tournaments with a donation to the club. Contact me and we can talk about what you need. SF Rec & Park does not have or provide any equipment. - cheers! Peter
