Checked out the wedsites, learned about some of the details of horseshoes but have no idea what to buy. I am a flipper.

Will we need our own horses for the tournament?

I pitch a Snyder EZ-Flip II or you can pitch the standard EZ-Flip. I have both. I'm trying to transition to the EZ-Flip with the ringer breaker, but I'm not used to having one and affects how I hold the shoe, but they will help the flip pitcher in the long run because they will keep more ringers on. Contact Kimmy Stockli at www.kimmysshoeshop.com . She will be able to answer all your questions. She will be coming to our tournament as well as the President of the NCHPA and a State Champion. We are encouraging people to bring their own horseshoes because that will limit the number I have to buy. And you want to get used to your own shoes.
